JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Responsible for the assigned financial / management / statutory reports accurately and in timely
2/ Manage cash flows and reports monthly and annually
3/ Be responsible for setting up monitor and improve accounting procedure
4/ Review, check and ensure all accounting transactions are completely and accurately recorded to software
5/ Review tax reports and ensure VAT reports, PIT, CIT finalization properly prepared in compliance of tax and related laws and regulations
6/ To prepare annual budgets, forecast, business analysis
7/ Review monthly salary computation
8/ Manage and ensure accounting software are under smooth operation. Be in charge of software administration
9/ Prepare financial reports in accordance with laws and regulations
10/ Prepare and fill the spread sheets for group consolidate financial reporting purpose
11/ Other duties assigned by higher management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or above
2. At least 5 Years of Finance and Accounting experience and at least 3 years at same position
3. Had experience handling local tax and other statutory requirements
5. General understanding about the Government’s related business laws and regulations
6. Be able to build up and lead a team and in-charge of a finance function independently
7. Fluence in English. Chinese is preferable
8. Familiar with real estate or construction accounting process is preferable
