The candidate will report Financial Controller in Hong Kong/该职位需向集团总部财务总结汇报
Job Description/职位描述：
1. Supervise daily operation of Account dept. Plan, monitor, control cash flow cost and expenditure./监管财务部门的日常运作：计划,推动,控制现金流成本和支出。
2. Supervise and organize the monthly closing and ensure all financial statements and reports are compiled and consolidated on a timely basis. /监督和组织每月的月结,确保所有财务报表和报告能及时准确的编制。
3. Organize, coordinate and prepare forecast and budget with all departments. /组织、协调与各部门，准备好每月的费用预算和预估。
4.provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to production or business managers and facilitate them to develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports and manager their financial responsibilities. 提供专业技术和建议给到工厂的生产和业务部门，以促进他们发展收入和管控费用预算,及了解财务报告和做好他们应承担的财务责任。
5. Prepare required financial reports and present findings & recommendations to the senior management. /准备高层所需的财务分析报告，并提供结果和建议；
6. Lead, direct and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure all financial activities are conducted effectively and consistently, according to relevant regulations, laws and standards. /领导、管理和培养专业的金融财务团队，以确保所有财务状况是按照有关法律法规、制度及标准等有效及持续的运作。

Qualifications /任职资格:
1. Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting./金融或财务专业本科及以上学历。
2. Minimum 7 years relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in a similar capacity. /7年以上相关工作经验，其中至少3年财务主管的工作经验。
3. Solid exposure in manufacturing industry and previous experiences of using SAP is preferable. /最好在制造业企业或过往企业有SAP使用技能
4. Good at English and Vietnamese./需熟练使用英语跟越南文。
5. Experience in setting up new company definitely a Advantage. /有设立新公司的经验优先考虑
