  • 职位要求：Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills
    Manage the design, development and implementation of world-class manufacturing processes (major in equipment/automation) for new development projects 
    Identify and research world-class equipment manufacturers and suppliers for a wide range of manufacturing processes& collaborate with the product development team on equipment selection, automation design and manufacturing feasibility 
    Evaluate manufacturing requirements for new projects, influence supplier selection and qualify all primary and secondary/finishing process equipment 
    Take a leading role in the design, development and qualification of automation Assist the product development team by defining best in class manufacturing processes for new projects& make recommendations based on known process capabilities 
    Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through the use of industrial engineering tools and automation technology
    Implement continuous process improvement measures from initial product design through to production ramp for new development projects 
    Collaborate with supply chain partners on maintaining appropriate controls on the processing parameters and define suitable automation/equipment preventative maintenance plans/schedules 
    Troubleshoot process problems & develop and introduce solutions for long-term prevention
    Past experience in Project management, having demonstrated leadership abilities in high impact situations;
    3+ years’ experience with the design & building of large, complex industrial equipment
     Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
     Positive ‘can do’ attitude, team player without ego.
     Plus if - Problem solving using six-sigma tools
    Major Duties and Responsibilities
    Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar 
    -10+ year experience in a Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Process Engineering role, and minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in automation or equipment relating fields 
    Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, PLC programming and electric circuit design, tooling & manufacturing jigs and fixture design, pneumatic/hydraulic component using 
    Demonstrated experience of SPC, NPI, DOE and process optimization 
    Proven track record in process design and process implementation for products with challenging tolerance and cosmetic requirements 
    Demonstrated DFM experience and proven track record of innovative processing solutions for high volume consumer electronic or soft goods products 
    Proficient in 3D CAD packages such as Pro E or Solidworks 
    Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proven record of supplier management 
    Develop project objectives and metrics, with the team, at the onset of new projects. Break-down each project into its component pieces, then day-to-day management of deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
    Serve as the lead in customer communications for key areas including timing, documentation and overall project status. 
    Ensure the financial success of the project. Identify concerns that jeopardize profitability and seek opportunities for improvement.
    Report weekly on status of each project – schedule, cost, issues, actions.
    Elevate issues as appropriate and get the support of senior management when needed to clear obstacles.
    Ensure individuals clearly understand the impact their roles have on the success of the project and provide them with appropriate feedback, be it positive or negative - Facilitate problem solving sessions.
