We are a rapidly expanding team, and we are searching for Senior Footwear Developer who are willing to develop themselves further in footwear industry. Your main job responsibilities include – 1) Responsible on all aspects of development of a footwear collection – from prototyping to line review and SMS (sales man’s samples) 2)Writing and updating development specification sheets and preparing production specification sheets 3)Coordinating with merchandising team the preparation of materials for development and sampling 4)Calculating consumption and generating bill of materials 5)Responsible on commercialization process – Confirmation samples, grading to full size, production trail 6)Lead the overall activities across the factories, materials suppliers, components suppliers, outsource suppliers and merchandising team to complete development and commercialization on time 7)Assisting the company’s technician in all development stages in communication, translation, follow-up and activity making sure the work is been done correctly 8)Timeline management from proto to SMS and production trail you need to follow up the brand’s targets and millstone and make sure they are been achieved 9)Receiving and processing tech packs, and SRF (sample request form) and coordinating with factories to execute on time 10)Carrying over tech pack from development to production coordinating with the factories all details and expectation for successful production. 11)Reporting to management and to your brand the status of your developments and sampling by details.
Candidates Requirements: 1）At least 3 year experience in footwear industry. 2)Know how and understanding in footwear development process, footwear materials and components 3）Time concept, and action plan management 4）“Can do” attitude, open to challenge and willing to work in a dynamic environment, know how to handle with pressure. 5）Active, positive, self initiatives to carry out tasks with less supervision 6）Computer skills in Windows Office Suite and communication skills. 7）Multilingual – either English/Vietnamese or English/Chinese is a must

Job Requirement: - College graduate or above. - More than 2 years experience in electrical appliances, soft goods, hard-line products inspection and quality control experience. - Familiar with AQL standard and good knowledge of electrical appliances, soft goods or hard-line items. - Good command of written & oral English. (CET 4 or equivalent) - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Willing to travel frequently. - Candidate with AQSIQ certification is preferential.
